
We started our business with our ELF crew, the mini ELFs grew, now we have our wonderful Senior ELFs creating an amazing community each week. The classes promote and encourage mobility, keeping the senior population moving, increasing strength and balance and most importantly reducing loneliness and isolation. They are often a highlight, something for the community to look forward to and to create long lasting friendships.
We have a mixture of seated and standing classes, some including a cuppa and biscuits at the end too.
We offer a wide variety of Senior fitness classes, some suitable for the more mobile person, others are completely seated for people who aren't as confident on their feet. Timetable is below:
